The Discipleship Ministry of North Ankole Diocese is committed to nurturing believers into mature followers of Jesus Christ who live by faith, walk in obedience, and serve with purpose. The ministry exists to strengthen Christians through teaching, mentoring, prayer, fellowship, and practical application of God’s Word.

Discipleship is at the heart of the Great Commission where Jesus commanded His Church to make disciples of all nations. For this reason, the Diocese continues to invest in building spiritually grounded believers who can transform families, churches, and communities through Christ-centered living.

What We Do

Bible Teaching and Study
We organize Bible study groups, discipleship classes, and leadership training programs that help believers understand and apply Scripture in daily life.

Mentorship and Spiritual Growth
Through mentorship, believers are guided in prayer, holiness, family life, stewardship, and Christian leadership. Mature Christians walk alongside others to encourage growth and accountability.

Prayer and Fellowship
Regular fellowships, prayer meetings, and retreats are conducted to deepen faith, strengthen unity, and renew spiritual commitment.

Leadership Development
The ministry equips lay leaders, youth leaders, ministry workers, and future church leaders with biblical knowledge and practical ministry skills.

Family and Community Transformation
We believe true discipleship should be visible in everyday life. Therefore, we encourage godly families, responsible parenting, integrity at work, peaceful communities, and compassion for those in need.
